Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Bizalenta offers custom software design, development, integration, and support. Each project scope is defined in a separate engagement document. All services are described in proposals or statements of work.

2. Digital Products

This section covers digital downloads, online courses, and other info-goods. Purchasers may request a refund within 14 days of access activation, provided no substantial usage or download has occurred. To request assistance, please visit our contact form. Approved refunds will be issued as credits or to the original payment method within 10 business days.

3. Physical Goods

Items purchased from Bizalenta’s online store may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging and unused condition. Shipping costs for sending items back are non-refundable. After inspection, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

4. Custom Services

Custom software and consulting services are tailored per project. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for hours worked and milestones completed are non-refundable. In special circumstances, unused hours may be carried over or applied to future work upon mutual agreement and availability.

5. Refund Procedures

To request a refund, contact us via our form within the applicable period. Please include your order or agreement reference. Approved refunds will be processed as specified in sections 2, 3, or 4, depending on the purchase type. We strive to issue all refunds promptly, within the time frames noted above.

6. Modifications to Terms

Bizalenta may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted online with an updated effective date. Continued use of services after modifications implies acceptance of the revised terms.
